best would have been giving the info of what box you have and current firmware=menu-system info???
if its too old it may not work.

or check downloads for latest file but intenet upgrades may have left that behind.

Have you got it working yet m8 ?
Try rebooting box & hub

after any update you need to factory default/reset and scan for new channels from main feed,then scan on correct net id,when finished reboot box modem/router.

I have rebooted hob and the kv and done factory reset but still nothing .

Are you getting channels 1,2,3,& 4.?
Is ur cable feed live ?
Alls I can say m8 is go through ur connections scart lead, fplugs & splitter re fit them
& tighten up, try new Ethernet cable
Make sure u select correct provider, & try diff net id, scan over.

Yes i get all other channels ( 1.2.3.4.&5 bbc 3.4) but not other $ ???

can the traffic reports work on box,still thinking its a lan problem and wondering is the port flashing?
