ESPN Channels closes on Virgin Media.
At midnight Virmin Media remove ESPN, ESPN HD, ESPN America and ESPN Classic from their lineup.
Virgin Media and BT (who now own the ESPN and ESPN HD brand in the UK and Ireland) are still in talks over BT Sports Channels launching on Virmin Media

Virmin and BT have today confirm that they have signed an three year broadcasting deal.
These channels are working on kv

BT Sport 1
BT Sport 2

547 - bt sport 1
548 - bt sport 2
549 - bt sport 1 hd
550 - bt sport 2 hd

ESPN is supposedly still on 529 & 530 but they may move this

XL customers get bt sport free, ?15 otherwise

530-ESPN will move to Channel 542 soon

Just in time for the footy season, Virgin must have paid a lot of money to BT to get them. Wonder how many customers they lost in the last few weeks.
