we need to know if your on latest firmware as you have not said, done a factory reset/default 0000 to delete, scanned from direct main feed and correct provider and chosen correct net id ,does your box modem/router need powering off for 30 secs then on?
cheap lan cable, splitters and setup tell us more and nearly forgot any outside issues that could slow down your services?

the closest net id sometimes does not work, you need to get off a vm box locally to be 100% sure.

Cheers I'll give all that a try, I know I've done this before but how do you check net I'd on VM box? So the box should be working fine then? It's just movies, sky sports and others work fine but some free to air channels I don't get and have lost comedy channel and sky 1 freezes a lot. So these steps should fix that, I'm up to date with software according to box, I normally check that regular. Again any help is much appreciated.

Sorry, meant to mention I have to power down router every now and again as that seems to freeze. Is it a fault with broadband connection maybe?

Mine is the same and my neighbours is the same and my mate who lives about 4 miles away is the same.

The sports channels and movies are fine, also the childrens channels are good but a lot of the other channels like itv2 and sky1 are always rubbish they have been for months .

yeah but hard to take in when they had been working good? lots missing more than a month now, unlike service they used to provide.

hopefully these issues can be sorted now with the 750 removed.

So, was that the reason for turning off the 750, to reduce the burden on the servers?

yes possibly right as this box was not originally designed for future use after n3 but it was but things cost money and might have been to expensive to keep running now and with their newer box out time can be put to making this box better.its like some cars are not meant to last more than 6yrs,others are built to last.
