All channels down

Hi.

In the Birmingham area and none of the premium channels are working (e.g. sky sports, movies etc.), only the free ones like bbc one etc.

Wondering if anyone else's KV is down or its just mine?

Hi guys, just got an 850hd and all down. Freeview channels are working but bbc hd, itv etc is bad or no signal. All premium channels are scrambled. Just wanted to see if anyone else has the problem or is the box - I downloaded the software from site so the soft version on my box is sv 1.02.06 - the soft date is july 5 2013. I'm based in London/telewest area. I scanned the channels in fine. Are the channels off, am I doing something wrong is box faulty? please advise - cheers

ahh other kv thread same area maybe local issues as other areas still working,try rebooting box and router to see if that fixes it

seems to have been an issue in the area - just starting working- testing hd channels later so will be sure to have a moan about something or other thanks cactikid
