              do you not know a reflash fixes everything [ not ] asek,until problem is found dont reflash.

                All I can think of would be if VM were not sending Network Data on the transponders stored in the KV box, then the box wouldn't know what transponders to load and search.

                    im in Stafford too and I have the same issue. I have done everything right I even flashed it to a later version 26/05/13 and nothing I updated it to 16/08/13 again and still nothing. it scans but will no find network id which is 00015 Lichfield, just keeps saying 1 already exists ... 2 already exist.... 3 already exist.... all the way to 8. all I want to know is why wont it find the network I have it set up right because i was watching channels on Friday.. come Saturday a few channels weren't working so I did the update 16/08/13 factory reset and scan like and this is all that happens every time I have done literally everything checked cables re-flashed factory scan over 200 times and I get the same results. I think the box is ****ed...

                      intresting topic i have had a box sent to in for repair that dont find the network id ie no signal even though this is a fault we have had a good few times always caused by the same part..upon testing this one it found the network id and worked without doing anything to it..tried factory resetting over 10 times and always worked first time everytime and this customer is from the manchester area...
                      a few weeks ago we had 2 customers with the same problem both from the litchfield area and in both cases there was no fault found and both boxes worked in my area but not litchfield so really unsure why.very very starnge

                        Same here had the box a couple of weeks and not got it working. Updated to latest software still keep getting already exists when searching. Im in the Lichfield area to.

                            very strange indeed one of the customers bought a 850 it worked straight away and i ended up with his so called faulty kv thats works in my area..
                            is they anyone on here in litchfield with a 780 thats working ok

                                can you manualy delete transponders stored on kv after factory reset then do a scan as what lincsat said does make sense. dont think the box is faulty as a few people are having trouble in litchfiel stafford area
