Yes, green button for sure. No option for area selection. It finds the 8 programmed tp's the goes straight to channel scanning where nothing is found.

i think you doing everything right mate theres other people in close by litchfield having the same problem

try a factory reset then power off at rear,remove coaxial and lan cables and rescan.

curious if the input coaxial was changed to the output and scanned?

I appriciate ian testing the box for me. It must be an area fault with stafford anybody want to buy a week old a780 box off me? Or know where I can sell it

james why dont you ask ian if you can give him some extra cash and give him the 780 and get a 850 off him im sure that will work for you

yes very strange oddly enough the phoenix a850 works in that area.

lot of boxes have issues now,multiple posts on all forums,boxes gone done,hopefully only for a short time.

I have tried scanning with all cables out it it does exactly the same. It worked fine till I did the update and rescanned after factory reset. I flashed with older update incase it was the latest update causing the problem but its still the same

I'm also in Stafford and having the same problem, was Lichfield but now just get already exists, got the latest firmware on the two boxes I own, done factory reset etc
