kryptview tp seatch help please

hi there
i have arnete kryptview box, just put software on but having problems.
when i install i do all the usual things, but im only getting about 10 tps when i do a network scan and no channels are found.
i used to find many more tps but they dont seem to appear now .
im in a tw area any help appreciated

Try it on a different provider. If you manage to get any channels, make sure the powerscan is switched on and leave in standby when you go to bed. You will have all the channels in the morning.

thanks for reply, tried it and box just keeps goin back to installation , no channels found at all

which kryptview is it? which firmware? have you tried to scan it with no splitters attached

hi its the silver one a 700 my new one works ok the 750

could have been a bad flash, try again and see if results are the same. Could also try one of the older firmwares or the 1 that was working before you updated to latest as theres still 5 firmwares since 28/11/08 working on this box.
