Hi Please if any one can help. I have a A780 box and have new update and scanned of main feed. Ive tried all scans ie: ntl and all others. The box did work great for about two years but now just say all ready exists EVERY TIME!!! Its driving me mad. Could the box have gone faulty or am I doing something wrong? I do have virgin boxes that work ok so is not weak signal. Last of all can virgin stop the boxes from working now as this has gone since they have been to the house messing with the cables. Any Help would be great.

I have tried all these things and still nothing.
dont know if I have this right but I think VM are able to block the connection .
i have a bt hub which I'm going to connect to and see what happens.
I will let u all know as soon as I've tried this.
Still if any one has any ideas please let me know.

catkid I have coax on splitter from main feed to the kryptview box and LAN cable from the hub to the box.
this set up did work before until vm guy called around.
They messed with cables so not sure what they did.
let me know if my set up sounds correct.
i have been told they can hear noise from these boxes over the exchange and they add some type of filter to reduce the talk back which makes it difficult to scan channels. Don't know how true this is but it's very strange after they just turned up.Comment
