are you on latest firmware,if not flash box with previous one from downloads and s/w online update.

Hi cactikid, thanks for reply, I tried to flash box , using the loader and download from kv page, but it just says download not requested????? I'll try again later, it was working fine until I did a factory reset , on Sunday!
