How do i upgrade A780 software?

I can see through looking @ my box it says pv4.1.06 (whatever that means) ive read through some posts & can see it needs updated to pv4.2.03. How do i do this? is there a "how to" section on here?. Will need to be a simple ,step by step as im just learning.

for doing the online update on remote press menu-installation-s/w update let it load to box and box reboots when done then do a factory reset/default rescan from main feed.

easier to look at the date of firmware its now 16082013
