Hi there cant get my box to work all firmware all up to date

Use the online SW update by going to Menu- Install- SW Update
and to update to lastest which is dated 16/8/2013

Hi have done this box says already updated done a tp scan a list comes up 10 0f them and just says already exist wont let me click on any of them dont know if there is a glitch in the box

is the message on ur kv "no or bad signal" if so and you don't pay tv subs you have been severed at the cabinet

no message like that on my kv was working ok just stoped
