flashed my box with the latest firmware after completed the download my kv box has went to on in the front panel and the box is not responding to the control any help please on what to do thanks

Hi there tried again the box is not responding it has just got on in the front panel no response wat so ever nothing with the remote control wont power off or on no response from the buttons on the box as well. stuck ?

Turn off your Kv by on/off switch on back then press Start on Loader
then turn the Kryptview back on you shud then see the fw starting to load,

when u flashed it did u see it saying downloading and download complete on loader page?

recheck what firmware file you used on box,sounds like a bad flash,did box reboot when done?

Turn box off using the switch on back
then press Start on Loader and turn box back on
you should then see the fw starting to load,
Follow the Firmware Loading Guide
