780 goes off

Kv780 ive set up for a friend, i get it all working fine, 6-7 hours he gets out of it & it seems to crash out & then goes back to do set up
On off by wall comes back on, for another 6-7
Any ideas what this could be ?
I got a hold of another box it does exactly same
So I dout it's the box, not a clue wot problem i
It's s/w updated, running of super hub ?

unless they are working in area on upgrading ,did he check on the vm site for outages.is that the old superhub?

Try the box at another location where they have a diff router n not a super hub

I had this problem .. and I am also using the super hub.. also my brother had this problem also using super hub. so could this be a super hub issue .. but I sold the a780 I had.. and got a a850 and no problems as of yet
