Kryptview A780 No Channels HELP

Ive had my kryptview a780 now for 3 months worked fine till this Sunday. Some of the channels went off so I did a S/W update, however this made it worse. So did a reset factory default and auto scanned using NTL and Network. Having done this I noticed it didn't find any channels. The Network ID scan it displays 8 Already exists, and I can't click any. I have tried to manually update using a serial cable, but this didn't fix anything. I have also tried to backdate the firmware to see if this help. This also didn't help. Any Ideas????

No in Oldbury, in between Wolverhampton and Birmingham

try scanning other providers and do a factory/reset/default before a fresh scan.

Already tried this several times with no luck.. Is vermin trying to block kryptview?

I don't mean to sound flippant here, but surely there must be loads of ppl in ur area with these boxes, so why only a small limit of members having probs? alrite maybe those in Lichfield have a geniuine problem? have they scanned on the frequency they were told to by cactikid? because they have not got back to tell us.

scanned already on that freq supplied by Cacti,no joy,and loads of people are having probs.

ok who has a working 850 in that area and can provide channel info?

is there any other info on the manual scan page that can be changed on the 780?

Hi. Exactly the same in Tamworth. Deleted all channels like a fool and rescanned. Only the tps are found. Channel scan whizzes throu them and says complete. My opinion is its definitely a provider involved thing. Can anyone help. Is it possible to get a working channel list uploaded and then copied to the box to get them on?. It was displaying the channels unscrambled before I deleted them all. My firmware and connections are fine. Help. What is going on.
