Hi guys can anyone point out what the problem is im having ? Setting box up for a friend from scratch done a few of these so usually no how
But wen I automatic scan this one, its 1 already exists 2 already exists upto 10 but not bring up the network id the borough or city to choose
Is it Internet problem or cable feed maybe ?
Appreciate any help

you need the live cable feed in and choose another provider as that may give you net id you need.

Yes I'm at Manchester and didnt realise telewest is wa i usually use at Liverpool c&w now as brought the net id in but getting nothing still but ch 1 2 3, 4
Still not sure we're I've gone wrong

Do a factory restore m8 and start again

Just changed f plugs over, seemed to wrk
