some channels missing from the scan

Hi, I have kryptview A780 and few of the channels (sky sports 2, star plus etc) are missing from the list. I have done factory reset and did a full scan but still same; whereas if I take the box to my friend's house who lives on the next road and doing the full scan does pulls up those missing channels and are watchable. Connecting the box back to my house and viewing the missing channels says scrambled; then doing a scan doesnt picks up.

any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

sounds like signal prob your end, check all connections are tight, maybe change cables, i.e scart and earthnet

even though its next road netid may differ, but sounds like a connection prob at ur abode

when you scan are you scanning from direct coaxial feed?

disconnect from the splitter and scan direct from the feed coming in through the wall.
