Kryptview not working

Hey guys my box doesn't work I'm in the Manchester area done a factory default, scanned for all the channels but everything is scrambled apart from the fta channls any help will be appreciated thanks!

hi bijan m8 im not far from that area and mine also went down for a min or so at the time u posted this,i think this may of been a temp virgin problem as I was also unable to get on sites like ebay,facebook,and NatWest,as soon I was able to get on them sites, the tv came back.if this is not fixed for you m8 then what box are u using? because everything great here now like I say was off for a min or so which I think it was a virgin problem

Hi hifi2005 thanks for the reply mate. It's still not working I'm afraid, the box I've got is the a780.

Yeah it has always been working I've had it for couple of years now. S/w is the 16/0813 version.

have u checked vermin web site for any probs in ur area?

Hi everyone my box is down in Liverpool all scramble no signal exsept fta it fully updated all wires checked box reset and hub reset scanned from main Mmm no falt in area mmmmmm any ideas :'(

There's no problems with the vermin area, if I keep one channel on for a long time above the scrambled and no channel it says access denied what does that mean?

is it a 750 with an icon? if so its now no longer supported

is the 780 a newish box as the ip could clash as an old 750 box
