Stuck Kryptview A780

Please help I get a message at the below point after I have turned my box off and on and started the sending. In the box where it isw showing Data downloading 2%, I get an error message and the download fails. PLEASE HELP!! It's driving me mad

which type of null modem cable is it you need ie male to female or female to female????also is this the right ethernet cable

Q- can i receive sky box office or any foreign channels for the 3,o,clock kick offs? if so do i need to manually find these through the box? any help will be greatly received.

it wont allow hd as box not hd and box office you wont as are usually ordered through provider for their box,you should be able to watch the wrestling and boxing,and no foreign stations

Hi all - just checking Kryptview out after a few years of Eurovox.

Am I right in thinking that for all intents and purproses Kryptview works the same the only difference being that you connect the box to your router with an ethernet cable?

Are you still able to browse the Net as usual while watching TV...daft question I know.

I have a VM TV sub and BE broadband so all I'd need is the box, the cables and the firmware?

yes.. you are correct.
the box will have no effect on your computer.

you will need a null modem cable and possibly a usb to seriel adaptor, if your pc is newish....

i was lead to believe that it was not possible to get them after nag3 was running!!!!

yes you can, but not as straight forward as before...
i suggest you have a good read around before parting with your hard earned cash...

better off trying to find a pc with xp and a serial port to flash box
