check system info is dated 19012015,and did you factory reset/rescan after?

It' is the date u say and I did a factory scan etc Mabey do another tomorrow and reset my router etc I'll let you know thanks again

hi im trying to update my KV a780 via laptop, I have the new files but once I try to send the file to the box it says "downloading is not requested" and I carnt update my box.... and wen I try via network it says update will start after reboot, but the box just comes on and the update does not start.... can anyone please help thank you.

you need a null modem cable and old pc for best results with xp,newer ones dont have rs232 ports and rely on usb devices which give trouble.box need to be powered off at rear before pressing download and put box on immediately after pressing download.

Hi.

Need some help when I'm trying to download the files its saying its all being hidden from me is there a reason why. as my box has lost channels and I wanted to rescan it.

try another rescan and reboot box and router,more likely channel movement.
