Kryptview PROBLEM. HELP 16/10/2013

hi any help with my kryptview A780 please. In the installation menu bar there are 4 option (Automatic search, Manual search, data download, and factory default setting) but in my old box it also has S/W UPDATE but the new one does not have it. Now i cant get any channels other then the freeview ones. Any help on how to sort this out or is this box faulty

it its a new box they only have FTA s/w installed,
so u need to flash it then u will see s/w update option

how do i flash the box. i'm like a 10 year old with computer. i've been trying to follow instruction but cant seem to get it right

Guys Thanks for the advise and i'm back on with the software. Bit difficult to follow it when its your first time. But cracked it finally.

FOR ANYONE ELSE WHO IS NEW LIKE ME, TURN OFF THE BOX JUST BEFORE UPLOADING THE FIRMWARE AND PRESS START, THEN TURN THE KV BOX ON STRAIGHT AWAY AND IT SHOULD BE SMOOTH SAILING FROM THERE
