cannot get adult channels??

I have now had my kv780 for 2months but the only problem being i no longer get the adult channels. Is this a common problem or is that to do with signal or something else?

Don't work on 780 or 850

kv is a family freindly box i like it that way as the pron channels are rightt next to the kids channels ... i delete them just in case they work
