Well now and again they carry out audits of boxs, if u don't pay subs they pull u out, so u end up with nothin, no FTA either and a message bad or no cable signal.

The ethernet cable connect to the back of box should be flashing if not check cable or replace it.

does sound like a non connection of lan and you powered box and router off for 30 secs then on?

could have been fault in cabinet on st, renewed or tightened something, no need for house visit

Hi ando23 I've been having the same problem for months now still not working but I don't have a tv service with vermin just broadband and phone what do you think I should do mate to get this working?
