Scanning

I've had my Kryptview 2 days and have had to rescan the box 3 times already is this normal. The channels do come back after the scan, so only a slight annoyance.

You jus need to scan on correct net id, that will solve the problem.

are you powering box off completely/unplugging or putting box into standby?

thanks guys everythings cool now I was just jumping the gun it sometimes lost signal for a few seconds then picked it back up I was rescanning thinking it had gone down completely. Sorry for the delay in replying my Nokia keyboard was disapearing before I could type. Weird.
