factory reset/rescan from main coaxial feed and choose correct net id

hi peeps - done the usual as cactikid suggested still no s/plus the only channel from an Indian bundle not working, am based close to Bristol wilts. can somebody help me out please, as the boss giving me an earache. thank you

803 Star Plus (off) uses the same frequency as 801 Star Gold (glitching) both channels work OK on non KV boxes.
