Hi,guys I`m thinking of ordering the A850,Ive read that you have to make sure its been modded,[ whats that mean] Are they a good reliable box....any advice greatly received.thanks

most of the boxes now have had the mod done when before hand the signal strength was too much for box too handle and some channels were not viewable,boxes are in short supply due to been more popular. -
I've had my box for just over a year and even when not working perfectly its still worth it IMO. Paid for itself after a few months.
New boxes should have the mod done but always best to check with the supplier, if you can find one who has stock. You will know if it hasn't been modded as you will get glitching on some low frequency channels. (Sly Sports 4 was always bad for me pre-mod).
Box is also confirmed as 3D ready by someone who watched Dr Who on BBC Red button hd in 3D. I don't have a 3D TV so cant confirm.Comment
