A850 hd no power help!!!

Hi guys got a a850 which will not boot,no power or display.
There is some power as both usb ports are lighting when pen is in.
I have lifted the lid but all caps look fine.
Any1 had this b4 and is there a fix?

Update
Was turning power to the box on and off and got 'boot' on display then nothing
I got the serial flash tool for a850 and it flashed!!!
Now it powers on but cant get a picture on tv with hdmi,scart ect
Reflashed a few times still the same
Power box on it says 'boot' then 'on'
Any ideas???

what file did you use with the null modem cable?
there are people that repair these boxes if needed.

Have tryd the image that comes with the serial flash tool also the new image for the a850 both have same results

ah right unsure if file was with loader.when you looked inside box was any ribbon cables moved/loose?

When i did pop the lid off all seems fine

ok if you cant go no further i would try contacting them to see if they can fix your box,on the other note is box second hand and over a year old regarding the warranty?
