You need to rescan as its changed frequency as has SS3.

I have factory reset and re-scanned but sp1 or sp3 not working, however my dad lives next door and his is working..

Hi,mines all ok know..I had to unplug lan cable,tun off super Hub,delete all channels,factory reset,just have the virgin main feed in No splitters,then Scan ,once all scanned go to bbc 1 if that works go to sky sports 1 then plug LAN back in,turn on super hub and wait a couple of mins
