    Kryptview HD A850 HELP

    Hi guys

Looking for a wee bit of help.

Just got the kryptview hd a850 yesterday.
Changed day?s very nice wee piece of kit.
Anyway back to the problem, set the thing up, in total it took about 10 mins, from start to finish, thought brilliant, that?s the wife of my back, so you know how it is, happy for 10 mins then they find a problem,
THE PROBLEM is I?m missing some channels mainly the discovery channels and gold 1/2 and some others that i would never no was missing,
So i set it back to factory default and started again, what do you know same problem and the same channels missing, same again started from scratch back though the process, same again, all in all its a very easy set up, when the box does the network search it only ever picks up 1 net id and i think this is the problem, as ive tested everything else, so my question is how do i go about manually scanning the network for another id, is this possible, and if so could someone save my sanity and tell me how its done, as its now driving me mental ...
    thanks

I put the new firmware on the box,
I think it?s the wrong net id, but it only brings 1 up when you scan it.
Ive tried scanning them all. But still only get 1 net id....
      Everything else is working,
