i have a kryptview from before all boxes went down im i able to put the uptodate software plug the cable wire in and router scan n it shud work without paying to join any servers or that any advice would be greatful cheers

As long as you have an a780 and your cable feed is on then yes

Hi everyone ,i have a problem and it is doing my head in, i have 2 kryptview a780 boxes 1 upstairs and the other downstairs but both connected to the same cable a wireless router,the box upstairs gets sky sports 1 and starts on that that channel ok but after retuning the a780 box downstairs it will not find sky sports 1 and starts up with on demand channel and i have tried everything i can think of but cannot understand why 2 identical a780 boxes which have both worked exactly the same for over 12 months should now be different, please help.

first of all make sure box is on the latest firmware,and factory reset and scan from main coaxial feed,choose correct net id and it should be there now.
