Evolution Remote Control Guide

Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyome has a guide as to what each of the less explanatory buttons do on the Evolution Remote? Found out the blue button changes the screen size and the green button is used to choose the area when re scanning.
When I first had the box I tried to the "last" button to try and swap between one channel to the previous one and if I remember that didn't work properly for some reason? Ideally thats the main thing I want to know how to do

Back button does absolutely nothing at all for some reason , strange but true . . . .

Back button only functions when in the menus. Takes you back one step at a time.
