kryptview starts skipping through channels

My box is over 2 years old and has started skipping up or down channels sometimes without me touching remote. When this happens the remote has no control over the box even if you take batteries out the box keeps skipping until I turn it off at the socket. Looking for a new box now pref with 3D, any ideas or advice ? Are those openbox sat boxes any good. Was told they do 3D. I know there is a subscription but it doesn't sound bad. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

check for a sticky button on front of box,did you not know the new kv hd=phoenix hd a850 does 3d also and no extras.

Hi. Tapped buttons and no problem since. Didn't know about this box. When you say no extras do you mean subs. Anyone know a decent place to get one fully done and dusted.
