scrambled/no video on channels???

hi all channels are showing scrambled,i have done factory reset,deleted channels and still no luck,only fta are currently working,any body getting same problems im in bham areas,hav already updated s/w

I'm having a similar problem. Although my signal works for about 5 minutes...screen locks, then a blank screen with scrambled or no signal.
I too have done a restart and download as usual. It comes back on after about a minute, then goes off again after about five minutes.
getting fed up with it now. It was doing it last week but seemed to rectify itself.
Server issue? Maybe?

no other reports except on the nov 2012 firmware old,no signal check your coaxial cable connections or outside issues have you bothered to check?

I had a similar problem screen would go blank every so often and freezing even on fta i replaced the hdmi cable & that fixed it

good point if they had the 850 models or if using cheap scart cables on the 780 models .that would be a tv no signal rather than a box no signal so back to checking connections and faulty splitters.
