              reboot seems to have fixed it, been OK for the last 10 mins

                  Was off in Wolverhampton around 1.30pm..
                  rebooted my modem done a Factory reset. Only freeview channels were working for About 30mins Now all is back up and running flawlessly. First real issue ive had with my 780 in months.
