HD glitching

Hi guys need a bit of advice please...got a Phoenix A850 recently missing a few channels and glitching on the HD channels...read up on flashing the box...do i select software transfer or USB upgrade when inserting the USB pen drive with the flash program...thanks in advance

what firmware is on box would be the first question,have you factory reset and scanned from direct feed choosing correct provider and net id,tried rebooting box and router?,flashing is the last step to do for glitching as its not firmware related.

Hi cactikid thanks for the reply.Software version SV 1.02.06...correct provider...correct id..tried rebooting box and router still same problem bud.What firmware should be on box ?

that is current,is lan cable from box to router?

yes cactikid ethernet cable connected to router...the router is a superhub vermin...

there have been numerous posts of glitching reported and channels missing,maybe wait and see time again.
