kv850 channels

hi could anyone help i lost all channels in warwick following advice i got them back but they are all over the place totally diffrent channel numbers i can cope with that but is there a new frequency for warwick so the channels are back in the right order

Hi i just bought a kv850 and promptly sent it back as i thought box was faulty as my 780 was working right up until i sold it to help pay for the upgrade to 850 i couldnt pick up any channels from warwick with the 850 whatsoever what was the advice given to to get the channels
