where working yesterday bt racing uk srambled today all other channels ok.

Am also experiencing the same issue - since Wednesday 19th. Am based in Leicester and checked my connections and am getting the msg scrambled or no video.

Have been using the box for 2.5 years without many problems. Am running the Aug 2013 firmware, which I believe is the latest. Have checked the VM fault pages and put in my postcode and there are no reported issues. Does anyone know whether the Kryptview boxes are all down? Any ideas about fixing the problem.
