KV 850 update

Hi does anyone know the reason why my 850 won't do a online update, its got last summers update installed I thought it might ov been the superhub from what I've read, so I tried again to update on a old modem & router but still the same froze had to turn box off, is there a reason why its not doing the online update ? Is the network down to update as I've read some av been having problems.

I assume when you say it has last summers firmware you mean July 5 2013 (SV 1.02.06)? This is the latest version so you are up to date, that's why it won't update.

Previously when you tried to internet update an already up to date box it would come up with a message saying "Already updated" but now the box just hangs. This could be due to many things, a glitch in the current firmware or as you say the update server could be down. The superhub problem was resolved with 1.02.06 so it's not that.

My box behaves as above. Just wait until people start posting on forums that a new version is available and then try again.
