i cannot understand why the +1 and kids channels ect are off and the sports + movie channels 'thankfully' are on,shirly if the sports+movie package is on the 'card' the +1,kids and other channels should be 'on'the same package ??,and stop callin me shirley

My guess would be it puts more demand on the servers having more channels. The less channels they broadcast the smoother the service should run. I.e less downtime and glitching.

The sports and movies will be watched by more people and are what sell the boxes.

I could be wrong about the servers but makes sence. More users that come onto the network every week, more issues with downtime and channels.

I'm sometimes surprised at the language some people use when describing KV or their "service". You would be fooled into thinking they were a legitimate cable provider the way some people go on, who should have some sort customer service department that you can phone up and complain to about missing channels.

Whenever vermin change something KV have to react, of that there is no doubt. I'm pretty sure KV don't have a staff sitting around waiting on things to change, and when they do it takes time and money to sort them. Beyond that it's anyone's guess. Ask yourself, why are the PREMIUM and MOST POPULAR channels still on? It's probably because KV's resource is concentrated on keeping them on that's why. If the plus 1s or freeview channels came back but Sly Sports went down for any period of time then this place would go into meltdown!

My advice is to sit back, chill, and enjoy the footy or film you are getting for nowt. I'm sure all will be well with the world in good time.

the way kv work is they will have at least one card for each tp so +1 channels will always be at the bottem of there list, anyone who thinks kv service is pathetic should get rid of there kv and buy something else or go moan about something else kv is great value compared to a few cable rings that have appeared recently ?80 a year + buy your own box yea they work better than kv but a lot more expensive alex
