I noticed the box seems to go down a lot during peak times or when there's a big footie game on. Properly too much demand on their servers which then require a reboot to bring back the service. I defo think its to do with the amount of people using Kryptview these days which is causing it to be unstable. My work struggles with 3000 users on its network and its a big organisation with millions to play with.

Mmmm, true. But Monday night tv in general seems to be one of the busier nights for viewing but saying that, its properly mainly the freeview channels with people watching Corry etc. Say 10 000 people connect to the sever on a monday night, and 6000 tomorrow, then just that increase alone, could cause the servers to go down...People are wanting this box to be more stable, but the way networking works, the more users that come onto the network each week, as the boxes sell on ebay etc for thousands to see, the less stable it will be....If they were to buy in a couple of extra servers, then it might help the problem. Servers can cost ?10k+ each, so its a big ask.
