a700c power supply problem

i have tried to switch on my a700c and its not powering up seems as if the box is dead. any reason why this happening and how do you fix it.

I repaired my psu 3 components had blown, but you need to know what you are doing as working on 240 volts. Would need soldering iron and multi meter.
