A750 & Iconn

HI all,

sorry to bother you but looking for a little help and advice,
I have got a kryptview A750 and Iconn
installed 2011 f/w on box scan channels its finding all channels but premium are scrambled or no video.
i have re scanned on several areas all the same.
Im in the liverpool area
I have done a s/w update using the remote which it did and still the same.
Im unsure if im doing something wrong or if its all down and Im just out of luck with this box.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

if you have recently bought the box then you have been ripped off m8 as these boxes no longer work they have been off for over 6 month m8
