Does anyone else think that the manual for the KryptView A700C is little short of information regading updating the firmware for the box.

u have got that spot on, the lack of info is not on, they say to download s/w
do this, do that on page 16 of their user guide but no instruction / detail of
how to. I do think folk have to come to down to our level, because I cannot get up to theirs

posted a reply not sure what happened to it but I said u have that spot on, it says on page 16 of the user guide to download software, do this, do that, but there is no explanation, no detail, no addresses to visit, the authors are no doubt experts but need to come down to our level because we cannot get up to theirs. K.I.S.S. is very handy, keep it simple stupid and then maybe life could be spent looking at the box. instead of the monitor

I am having problems with scanning of the channels after successful refreshing my arnet 700c with new software as per the instructions.
Can anybody point to how to scan for channels.
