    A750 Code Update

    Hi
    I have an A700C that works fine, My friend has just bought an A750C but it is asking for a code update on all channels. I have updated firmware & tried numerous TP's but to no avail.
    Any ideas would be appreciated as I feel bad as I recommended this box to him !!!!

      if you updated the firmware correct it will say in system info what firmware is on the box so if it flashed properly it will say 12/7/09, did you put it on sky sports 1 and let it update? if all this has been tried, try putting one of the older firmwares on it i have 13/3/09 on my 750 as this seems to work the best for me. have you tried it on your cable feed to check that its not a problem with his feed

                  I have my kryptview firmware as Kryptview_19032009.bin, it works fine.

                  would it make any difference if i upgrade it to the newer Kryptview_12072009.bin???

                  BTW, probly a stupid question, but whats a TP??

                      it wont make any difference mate if its working fine leave well alone. the kryptview has 6 working firmwares at the moment its just some work better in some areas. it just shows how the kryptview support is there for all user.

                          hi all i have kryptview A750 have no channels since mid august is there anyone can advise me how to update i would be very grateful for any easy information on how to fix it thanks mrsmac

                              hi mrsmac welcome to dk. there has been no change to the firmware since march/ april time so dont know why your box has suddenly gone off mid august, can you go into system info and post back what date the firmware you have on the box
