do you have a live coaxial connection, also what firmware date is on box
    http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...16082013-2981/ ??
if bbc dont work sounds like no coaxial plugged in/faulty or outside issues?

If you have no way of testing the Feed like a Pro Meter via the Coax cable then as cactikid explained it could be a problem outside or VM have cut the feeds

Probably the latter, need a HD upgrade anyway, any box recommendations?

There is only one i know in a similar vain to the KV series and thats the A850, personally i would invest in something like a DM800se clone with a cable tuner
