first thing to check is for outside issues ??,factory reset and rescan correct provider and netid from main coaxial feed. after all done i would reboot/power off at rear box and router for 30 secs then on.

The up/down button on the front has come out of it's support and is permanently pressing the microswitch. Remove the power 1st, then take the lid off and then carefully press on the rear of the front PCB either side of the up/down switch and it will click back into place. While you have the lid off, check the ribbon cables are firmly pushed home on the mainboard. Do not power the box up until the lid is back on.
