BBC1 , BBC2 and ITV1 not showing

hi, I update my HD box today over the internet and rescanned the box.I live in west london, Hayes from the TP lits was missing so I choose Crydon. Now I have BBC1, BBC2 and ITV1 (Non-HD) channels missing.

HD channels working but they freez after every 30 seconds.

any suggestion?

Do i need to rescan on another TP?

one reason why you have to scan on correct provider and netid.
