Trying to get Kryptview to work and I am having no luck. Do I have to download the firmware and can I be sure it will work?

If you have the correct cable or cables depending on your set up, the guide contains all your answers.
If you are using a USB adapter make sure you have loaded the correct driver and selected a Comm Port between 1 and 4.I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer. - Douglas AdamsComment
