All of Lincolnshire and some of Notts had a major outage Yesterday due to a fire in Nottingham. First thing to do is to check the VM status page.

when checking status page dont use your telephone as the source to check it takes the checking to your door use the postcode its a wider area and like myself im being told mine is tv has issues but im not effected like alot in way of channels are running but very glitchy

I have lost a lot of channels and have got many glitching quite badly too in Wolverhampton.
Its par for the course every now and again and I have learned to be patient and things do get better......

Truth go to vermin website under this is the last 2 sections once at service-status the options you face are at the top enter your post code and it will tell you the areas faults dont add your acc details or your phone number it reads the signal direct to your door and that will always say its all ok thats because then their at fault and money off for yourself, genreal area as most are effected under the tv section and this has reached gateshead so knowing your between me and lincon im guessing your effected also

Hi Spice,
Looked and Vermin have my postcode as being fine but at the moment I am losing channels , left right and centre and the glitching is terrible. I have tried an S/W update and it says "already updated" so I suppose now I will just have to show some more patience . Keep the faith and all that.......
