Hi ..ive recently installed the virgin super hub all was ok with channels till today, i,ve rebooted the hub as advised still no channels i,ve just done a system reset on the box and canned for area channels its just comming up with ..already exits .... its usally does this then nottingham pops up tho all thats happening is box showing text as ...already exits ...

You need to factory default box again if still happens try reflash box
its still got the transponders stored hence why you seeing already exits

You should check the VM service status page - All Lincolnshire and parts of Notts have no TV signal due to a fire in a duct near Nottingham. Estimated repair time is currently 10:30 Sunday, although this has been pushed back a few times already.
