    3 way splitter no signal

Guys I've set 2 kV850s up stairs in bedrooms feeds coming from 3 way splitter, downstairs, 1 box wrks other no signal, I then swap feed around on splitter, other box works but no signal on other, bought a new 3 way splitter thinking problem is a faulty splitter and still same no joy
Any help on a fix to get them both to receive signal ??
    Thx in advance

I suppose it depends on how many other official 'Items' you have on the Line as well as your signal .db input could be low and needs Boosting to compensate for the extra 2 receivers, Search for the Yellow Brick Booster

I'm using 2 attenuators on both 850s could this be the problem sig to low ?
Or the vermin main box outside my house is it possible for me to run a line direct from there straight to bedroom.

not sure if this relevant but my setup was 1 main feed into 2 way splitter then kv box and other to modem nothing else and worked fine after vermin completed faults that were reported the splitter i had not toutched provided signal to 1 item i had that wire going to the modem so swopped them around and box got the signal not the modem i had to then use my 2nd main feed from another room for the modem and use the normal bedroom feed for the tv and both work great. i unlike most have not had any service from VM since i my old eurovox went down ive only had my modem <---modified bring in the internet also i noticed if i left the kmodem in 1 room using main feed and the 2nd using splitter into 2 boxes "borrowed neighbors phantom" and my kv the 1st box off the splitter got the signal the 2nd box got nothing. i think they may have done somthing along the lines of upgrades that may effect the signal running to people houses and the more services used by you from vermin the higher the signal i dont need much to run my kv and internet but i know i cant run them both from my original setup of a 2 way splitter anymore.
sorry the 2 way splitter cant be used for 2 boxes but the 2 way splitter can run modem and kv box after alot of booting 1 after another to try and ballance the kv and modem when it works my internet speed drops from 20mb to around 5-6mb the signal is split between the 2 there has been changes made the how each house is delivered their signal and unless you use a booster im pritty sure you wont be able to run multipul boxes from 2 way splitters upwards "these tests i done were based on my house and the fact i have nothing from vermin" i way of services

where the mod fixes not done on those early 850 boxes as they drop signal level down.

No mod isnt done, I'm using attenuators on both, I've not tried removing attenuators yet to see if I get signal on both boxes I still dout it will work but can only try.

if signal is too strong for 850 and you added splitters it should drop level down suit added 780 but as said untill you try you dont know.
